Tony is first and foremost a problem solver. With 15 years in the creative services industry, possesses extensive expertise in various aspects of film and video production. His diverse background includes managing projects for national brands and small companies alike, demonstrating adaptability and creative prowess.
His keen eye for visual storytelling and a passion for innovation, has won him multiple awards and nominations over the past decade.

His work is not his alone. Tony would not be where he is today without the incredible relationships he has built throughout his life both personal and professional.

Joseph Prado

Joseph holds a background in media production and leadership, combining creative direction with operational strategy to guide the company’s growth. Prior to founding Parting Glass Creative, he gained professional experience in video production and mission-driven content development through his time with the United States Marine Corps. With them, he served as a public affairs and communications specialist and even spent time training younger service members on how to capture, create, and publish great stories. His work reflects a strong emphasis on collaboration, narrative integrity, and purpose-driven communication.
